November on the subject of the cost

of the reference of the Hong Kong

piracy case Rex versus Chung Tam Kwong

and others to the Judicial Committee of

the Privy Council, I am etc., to

inform you that the Crown Agents for

the Colonies are being authorised to

pay from Hong Kong funds to H.M's

Treasury for the credit of the Vote

for Law Charges, the sum of £524.6.9,

one

being half of the total disbursements

by the Treasury Solicitor in connection

with
